International Alzheimer’s prevention study expands

NEW YORK: A five-year, international study into the genetic roots of Alzheimer’s is expanding. The TOMMORROW study, which is going on in about 50 locations in North America, Europe and Australia, tests a drug — one used to control diabetes — to see whether it could prevent, or at least delay, the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.
